Member Loyalty Program
Our Member Loyalty Program rewards members who are strong supporters of the Credit Union by providing them with more free transactions.
All our members receive a number of free transactions per month, depending on the total of the average balances in their Savings, Investments and Loan Accounts. Thereafter each transaction attracts a fee of $1.70. The table below will assist in the calcuation of your free transaction entitlement.

| $10,000 and above | 20 | |
E.g. If the average balances in your accounts were $7,000 you would be entitled to 15 free transactions in that month. The average balance is calculated by combining the balances of all your accounts. For example:

Transactions included in the Loyalty Program Package are:
- All ATM, Bank@Post and over the counter withdrawals
- EFTPOS transactions using a PIN number
- Cheque payments
- Transfers on our Telephone Banking service which are between accounts
- Periodical payments
